Ordering Krames patient education and wellness materials is easier than ever! Here’s how to update your account so you can order on the new site:

• Login to the site using your current Username or your email address.
• Use your email address as your temporary password.
• Once you’re logged in, please change your temporary password by selecting My Account from dropdown menu at top right of Home page:
• On the My Dashboard page, click on Change Password link.
• Enter your Current Password (your email address), New Password* and Confirm New Password. Then click Save to change password. Your will receive an email confirming password reset.

*Your password must be at least 8 characters and it must include at least 3 of the following items: an upper-case letter, a lower case letter, a number, a special character.
