Return Policy

We accept returns for all standard orders for up to 30 days after the products have been received. Products must be returned in original condition via a trackable method. We cannot accept returns on imprint or custom orders, as these products cannot be resold.

Directions:

  • Please ensure that all materials are packaged securely, as damaged products cannot be resold, and therefore will not be credited back to your account.
  • Imprinted or custom orders cannot be returned, as these products cannot be resold.
  • Please include either a copy of the invoice(s) or packing slip(s) for the order(s) being returned. This will ensure prompt processing of your return.
  • The time frame for internal processing of a return is 30 days from when products are received back at our warehouse.
  • We strongly recommend that all returns are sent via a trackable method. This will allow you to see when an order is received back at our warehouse so that you know when to expect your credit. It also protects you if your package is lost or damaged in transit back to us. If this occurs, you can then file a claim through your carrier.
